Over the last two or three years we have been developing links with Scotland. This started when Debra was invited to a leaders gathering in Glasgow a few years ago.

In the summer of 2008 Debra was invited to speak at a conference hosted by Grampian Police in Aberdeen. She also connected with Hugh Wallace and some of the church leaders in Aberdeen. She was back in Aberdeen again on May 27th-28th 2010.

In March 2009 Debra was invited to speak at the WWWG conference at Edinburgh convention centre. Women from across Scotland gathered and many new links and friendships were formed. She was invited back to the WWWG conference in 2010.

Debra also met with some City leaders including Chief Constable David Strang before the conference started to explore the possibility of a link with ROC.

In March 2010 a meeting was held with Doug Flett from ICCC and Ian Black from Dundee for Christ.

Debra spoke at Caird Hall in Dundee on April 4th 2010 and was in Aberdeen in May and having a further meeting with Chief Constable Colin McKerracher, more details to follow.

Debra spoke at a conference in Kirkintilloch, near Glasgow in April 2011. Subsequently the first ROC Conversations was held on October 25th 2011. The ROC vision was presented to Strathclyde Command Team and a local ROC planning group was formed. Plans are now underway for a National launch Showcase event of ROC in March 2013.
